Ingredients:

300g tofu

250g rice noodles

1 fresh chilli

3 garlic cloves

120g mushrooms

1 medium head of broccoli – 300g

2 medium carrots (150G)

125g mangetout

4 spring onions

1 red pepper

some fresh coriander

 

1 teaspoon maple syrup

2 limes (juice of)

4 tablespoons of soya sauce

3 tablespoons tomato puree

1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce

100 ml water
